Em Ponte de Lima e Famalicão: IBERIFIER forma alunos portugueses

A forma como a desinformação representa um risco para a democracia foi o tema central de uma ação de formação desenvolvida por investigadores do IBERIFIER, a 26 de novembro de 2021, com cerca de 120 alunos, dos 15 aos 17 anos, do Agrupamento de Escolas de Ponte de Lima. Organizada por Vitor Tomé, do CIES-ISCTE-IUL, incluiu conceitos-chave, a contextualização do fenómeno e a análise de caminhos para combater a desinformação, com base em estudos científicos, tendo sido realizados exercícios de validação de informação.

No mesmo dia, no Agrupamento de Escolas Camilo Castelo Branco, em Famalicão, também no norte de Portugal, Vitor Tomé foi um dos quatro palestrantes na ação de formação “Que estratégias para combater a desinformação? – O impacto das Fake News na democracia” (carta na foto), na qual participaram 75 alunos, dos 12 aos 17 anos.
