Bruxelas: Reunião sobre papel da Literacia dos Media com Vítor Tomé e Charo Sadaba

Os investigadores Charo Sadaba, da Universidade de Navarra, e Vítor Tomé, do ISCTE-IUL, Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, representaram o IBERIFIER em Bruxelas, a 24 maio, na reunião de especialistas em Literacia dos media que trabalham nos 14 observatórios regionais do European Media Literacy Observatory (EDMO).

A reunião, organizada pela Media and Learning Association e pela Mediawijs, consistiu na discussão de práticas que resultam no combate à desinformação, na organização de atividades comuns de investigação, bem como na discussão de atividades a desenvolver no âmbito das Eleições Europeias 2024.

Foram ainda partilhados recursos produzidos pelos diferentes parceiros que integram os observatórios. A reunião dos especialistas em Literacia dos media aconteceu um dia antes da conferência anual do EDMO, na qual Vítor Tomé também participou, e que juntou mais de 300 representantes dos observatórios e outros interessados no Hotel NH, junto ao Berlaymont, também em Bruxelas.
