IBERIFIER em Moçambique: Papel da dúvida no combate à desinformação

Gustavo Cardoso, professor catedrático do ISCTE-IUL, Instituto Universitário de Lisboa e investigador principal do Observatório Ibérico de Média Digitais e da Desinformação, IBERIFIER, participou na aula aberta inserida no mestrado em Jornalismo e Media Digitais, que decorreu na Faculdade de Ciências da Linguagem, Comunicação e Artes, localizada em Maputo, Moçambique. Durante a sessão, que decorreu dia 30 de maio, o investigador sublinhou o papel da dúvida no desmontar dos processos de desinformação.

“Criar a dúvida é fundamental para combater a desinformação”, declarou. Gustavo Cardoso alertou ainda para a importância de o jornalista dar a conhecer aos leitores como se produz jornalismo. É preciso, referiu, “mostrar com transparência o que é o trabalho jornalístico”. Desta estratégia depende o estabelecimento da confiança com os cidadãos, defendeu.
