Eleições em Portugal: MediaLab detecta anúncios políticos pagos por empresas estrangeiras em Portugal

Os investigadores do laboratório de média, MediaLab, do ISCTE – IUL, coordenados por Gustavo Cardoso, também responsável pelo IBERIFIER em Portugal, descobriram sinais de interferência externa na comunicação relacionada com a campanha política, que tem em vista as eleições legislativas marcadas para dia 10 de março, em Portugal.

José Moreno, o investigador principal, explicou, à RTP, os passos da pesquisa sobre os pequenos anúncios que acusavam o PS de corrupção e que enumeravam os cortes feitos pelo executivo do PSD durante o período da Troika, com um efeito cénico de uma tesoura. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IdlrmrBNwV0

Gustavo Cardoso referiu que alguém estará a gastar dinheiro com anúncios com mensagem política com o objetivo de influenciar o voto nas eleições legislativas. As publicidades foram, entretanto, denunciadas e retiradas de circulação.

A Lusa, que é parceira neste trabalho de pesquisa sobre os conteúdos difundidos nas redes sobre comunicação eleitoral, localizou a Nekoplay LLC, detectada pelo equipa da MediaLab, mas verificou que os seus contatos remetem para uma outra empresa, sediada em Las Vegas, que é um mero “agente de recepção e registo de documentação”. https://combatefakenews.lusa.pt/medialab-indicios-de-interferencia-externa-em-anuncios-on-line-contra-ps-e-psd/
