IBERIFIER em Cabo Verde: Desinformação e Inteligência Artificial em análise no Dia da Liberdade de Imprensa

Miguel Crespo, um dos coordenadores do IBERIFIER em Portugal, participou em duas palestras em Cabo Verde, nos dias 2 e 3 maio. No dia 2, protagonizou uma sessão junto dos alunos de Jornalismo e Comunicação, da Universidade de Cabo Verde e, no dia seguinte, de forma a assinalar a Dia Mundial da Liberdade de Imprensa, integrou as comemorações oficiais, que se realizaram no espaço da Presidência da República.

Miguel Crespo, atualmente director do Centro Protocolar de Formação Profissional para Jornalistas, Cenjor, integrou o quarto painel, subordinado ao tema “Jornalismo nas redes sociais: entre informação, desinformação e o impacto da Inteligência Artificial”. A moderação coube a Alfredo Pereira e o debate contou com a intervenção do público.

As comemorações contaram com a presença do Presidente da República, José Maria Neves, e a conferência incluiu temáticas como a precariedade laboral no jornalismo, a proteção dos jornalistas Cabo-Verdianos, e o papel da Justiça da Defesa da Liberdade de Imprensa.
