Práticas de literacia adotadas pelo Observatório Ibérico apresentadas no Porto

“Journalists roles in Media Literacy projects and practices” foi o tema da comunicação apresentada pelo investigador Vítor Tomé, membro da equipa IBERIFIER, dia quatro de maio, no seminário “YouNDigital: let’s talk about youth and news”, que decorreu no Salão Nobre da Universidade Lusófona, no âmbito do projeto de investigação “Youth, News and Digital Citizenship”, financiado pela Fundação para a Ciência e Tecnologia, FCT.

Moderado por Maria José Brites, investigadora responsável pelo projeto, o seminário contou com intervenções dos cinco consultores, designadamente, Nic Newman, do Reuters Institute of Journalism, Irene Costera Meijer (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam), Lynn Schofield- Clark (University of Denver) e Marcel Broersma, do Centre for Media and Journalism Studies, (University of Groningen). https://m.facebook.com/groups/466075944191510/permalink/1093766541422444/?sfnsn=mo&ref=share

O YouNDigital https://youngdigital.com/ tem como objetivo compreender a ligação entre jovens e notícias, tendo como enquadramento dinâmicas de cidadania digital. O projeto está focado nos interesses, nas necessidades e nos processos de socialização para o consumo de notícias, seja com a família, escola e grupos de pares.
